What is the typical turnaround time?
30 days from the strategy meeting to delivery (subject to approvals). We’ll prepare the analysis and strategy within 7 days and once tha strategy is approval we’l schedule the shoot within the next 14 days and deliver the final videos within 9 days of the shoot.
Can you walk me through your filming process?
We operate a small and highly skilled shoot team to allow for minial impact during the shoot. We will require access to room/rooms, kitchen, restaurant, lobby and hotel grounds if these are designated in the strategy. Day and times can be guided by you to ensure minimal disruption to guests.
Who handles the talent/people featured in these videos?
Talent can be supplied at an additional cost or you can provide your own talent. We can also provide legal waivers for guest that would like to be featured in the shoot.
How do you ensure consistency with our hotel’s brand guidelines and existing marketing materials while maintaining that authentic, raw feel you mentioned?
We carefully craft our strategy to meet brandguidlines or you guidance while delivering engaging and authentic video for social media. With more than 10 years experience working with retail, health, fashion, coproate and private equity clients we’re specialists in creating captiating content that meets the strictest brand guidelines, govvernment and industry regulations.
What level of involvement is required from our team throughout this process?
If your team is scheduled in the shoot we will provide a call sheet with specified times for each team member, so you will have final approval of your team’s involvment and the times that they are required.
Can this content be used in ads?
Yes! Part of our service is to create videos for use in social media ads. This can be discussed at the strategy stage and we can provide variation on edits for use as ads.
